Scott has always opted to take the scenic route in life, but the beauty and the challenges of that path have allowed him to develop a diverse array of skill sets and a “never say can’t” attitude. After studying at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and operating small businesses for over a decade in Los Angeles, he has returned to his hometown of Sacramento to serve the city during a period of great growth and economic opportunity.
