David has worked to reenergize the development scene in Orlando. He has served key roles with the International Council of Shopping Centers and was selected an emerging leader in the urban district management industry by the International Downtown Association.

Ellen Farrar, Producer, The Wintrust Magnificent Mile Lights Festival®, Chicago, ILEllen Farrar is Executive Producer for The Wintrust Magnificent Mile Lights Festival at The Magnificent Mile Association in Chicago, IL with more than 18 years of experience producing the third largest parade in the country. Specializing in sponsorship and event production, Ellen uses this experience to conceptualize, fund, and produce the annual Lights Festival, a national launch to the holiday season – with single-day attendance as high as one million guests and a nationally-syndicated broadcast.
Cary Tyson
Cary Tyson, Executive Director, Portland Downtown, Portland, MECary Tyson serves as the Executive Director of Portland Downtown, a 501c4 organization working to stimulate a thriving, vibrant, and sustainable downtown community. Prior to moving to Maine, he served for 14+ years in the fields of downtown revitalization & historic preservation as assistant director and then director of Main Street Arkansas. He also served as the Deputy Director of the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program (SHPO). He is a 2023 IDA Emerging Leaders Fellow.
