Kiana DiStasi directs all marketing, public relations, and communications efforts for Chicago Loop Alliance, which creates, manages, and promotes positive and inclusive programs that accelerate economic recovery and attract people to the Loop, the largest central business district in the United States outside of Midtown Manhattan. Kiana has over 15 years of experience in directing and managing marketing, communications, and media relations strategy for mission-driven organizations.

Adam Rhew, President & Executive Director, SouthPark Community Partners, Charlotte, NC
Adam Rhew is President and Executive Director of SouthPark Community Partners, an economic development organization that drives economic vitality and quality of life in a one-square-mile mixed use district in Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to joining SCP, Adam served on the executive team at Charlotte Center City Partners, which leads similar work in the city’s central business district. He was a fellow in IDA’s Emerging Leader program in 2022.
Adam holds an MBA from Wake Forest University, an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an executive certificate in marketing strategy from the Yale School of Management. He started his career as a journalist, and has written and reported for a wide range of local and national outlets including CBS News, the Washington Post, and GQ.
