Adam Jones, CAPP, CPP is the Vice President of Operations and Parking for the Downtown Tempe Authority overseeing more than 18,000 spaces. Adam has more than 25 years’ experience in the parking and operations management business having spent the last 10 years in Tempe. Adam has extensive knowledge of parking management for large mixed-use Class A office buildings, large sports arenas/stadiums parking needs, mixed use projects, hotels, and on-street metered parking operations and enforcement. Adam established the clean and safe program in Tempe. Prior to Tempe Adam spent 15 years with Central Parking Corporation managing multiple markets including; Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Minneapolis and Knoxville, TN. Adam has served as the President of the Southwest Parking and Transportation Associations and has set on various boards and committees in multiple cities.
