Andrew M. Manshel is the author of “Learning from Bryant Park,” published by Rutgers University Press in April. For almost 11 years Mr. Manshel served as Executive Vice President of Greater Jamaica Development Corporation and President of Jamaica Capital Corporation and Jamaica First Parking in Jamaica, Queens. Prior to that for 10 years, Andy was Associate Director and Counsel at the Bryant Park Restoration Corporation and General Counsel and Director of Public Amenities to the Grand Central and 34th Street Partnerships. He has also practiced real estate law in New York City. Now he works for the City of New York, managing its $200 million technology franchise business.
