Over her 30+ year career, Marie Keister has successfully managed award-winning public relations efforts for both popular and controversial initiatives, built community consensus for complex projects, mobilized grassroots support and secured funding for major infrastructure improvements. Her recent work with DriveOhio and ODOT includes providing strategic communication and engagement counsel and facilitating advisory committees/stakeholder/public meetings for the Automated Driving Systems (ADS) demonstration, Access Ohio 2045, Mobility Ohio, statewide transit and aviation plans. She has also led and developed a communication strategy for Drive Ohio, Ohio’s CV/AV Systems Engineering Playbook, Connected Marysville, Connected Dublin, Beta District, Smart Columbus, and 71/670.
