Since Jan. 2018, Michael has worked with the Downtown Center BID in Downtown Los Angeles, overseeing Accounting & Financial Management of a $7-million annual budget; providing Database Management on nearly 4,000 individual parcels and almost 1,000 buildings. Michael represents the organization on Public Policy issues dealing with urban planning and economic development. He also deepens relationships and enhances partnerships with business leaders, policymakers, elected officials, other BIDs, and City of Los Angeles staff to ensure proactive, effective, and well-coordinated attention to issues within the District.
