Born and raised in Colorado, I was educated and trained in the field of counseling and crisis intervention. In addition to psychology and human development, I studied the development of relationships, groups, and community. After leaving the counseling field and prior to my position at DDP, I worked in the oil and gas industry, financial industry and for an entrepreneurial manufacturer, as well as marketing in both retail and the entertainment business.
