Randall Scott is an experienced place making executive, board member, and committee advisor. In 2018 Randall joined the San Francisco’s historic waterfront neighborhood. Under his leadership, the organization increased its annual assessment budget in renewal from $750K to $1.2M. Randall was also the director of services in the Union Square BID for four years where he forged relationships and directed the USBID’s safety, security, and cleanliness programs; and senior operations manager for MJM Management Group.
