Rhiannon is the Director of Policy and Economic Development at Downtown Winnipeg BIZ where she leads a team focused on policy and advocacy, market research and business support programs. Rhiannon is a proud Winnipegger and passionate about all things downtown. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Western University and brings experience in government, policy and stakeholder relations. When she’s not working on community development, she is probably reading or travelling.
