Patrick Powell
Senior Director of Operations and Preparedness, Golden Triangle BID (Washington, DC)
Patrick Powell is the Senior Director of Operations and Preparedness for the Golden Triangle BID, where his work focuses on enhancing the cleanliness, well-maintained appearance, and safety and security of the Golden Triangle district. In this role, he manages the Golden Triangle Ambassadors, as well as overseeing the Golden Triangle’s public realm maintenance and landscaping, member services, and safety and security programs.
He also has over ten years of experience as a professional firefighter/medic in Henrico County, VA and Fairfax County, VA. Pat holds a Masters in Emergency Management from the University of Richmond.
Rosemarie E. Sansone
President and CEO, Downtown Boston BID
As President and CEO of the Downtown Boston BID, Rosemarie E. Sansone’s primary role is to serve as an advocate for the district. In 2016, working closely with the board of directors and staff, she led the organization through its first strategic planning process, reaching out to a broad array of stakeholders, including property owners and managers, retail owners, tenants, residents, non-profit organizations, city officials and visitors. In addition to working closely with BID members to promote initiatives that highlight the unique qualities of the area, Rosemarie works closely with City of Boston officials, non-profit organizations, the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, and the hospitality and tourism community.
