Catherine R. Ast

District Services Manager, West Palm Beach DDA (West Palm Beach, FL)

After serving for 15 years as operations director of a long-term care pharmacy, Catherine joined the DDA team.  As a 4th generation “Local”, she has experienced the changes in our City, especially the Downtown area, and is enthusiastic about serving our community. As the DDA’s District Services Manager, Catherine is responsible for facilitating, promoting and ensuring community enrichment for Downtown residents and managing DDA contracts that include landscaping, maintenance, security, trolley, clean team, pressure washing and more.  She is CPTED certified with the State of Florida, a graduate of IDA ELF 2019 and serves on the City’s Golf Course Advisory Board.

In her spare time she loves to get in a round of golf and can’t pass us a chance to share her love of animals.

Gerren G. Price

Director of Public Space Operations, DowntownDC BID (Washington, DC)

Gerren Price has over 15 years of experience in public and non-profit management. Price currently serves as the Director of Public Space Operations for the DowntownDC Business Improvement District (BID), where he leads a team of 80+ staff to ensure that downtown D.C. is clean, safe, and economically viable. He previously served as Senior Associate for National Community Strategies at the Annie E. Casey Foundation and held several senior leadership positions within the District of Columbia government, including interim director and deputy director of the city’s workforce agency, director of programs for the city’s parks and recreation department, and senior program coordinator for the city’s public schools. Price resides in Washington, D.C. with his wife and two daughters and serves as a mentor to several young men in his community. He holds a B.A. in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a M.S./M.B.A. from the University of Maryland University College.

Anthony Rodriquez

Anthony Rodriquez, Director of Operations, LA Fashion District (Los Angeles, CA)

Anthony Rodriguez has been with the LA Fashion District BID for a little over two years, serving as the Director of Operations. In this role, Anthony directly oversees the District’s Clean and Safe Operations. With his team, he ensures productivity and efficiency in a highly diverse and complex area of Downtown Los Angeles. In a District with unique opportunities, Anthony has been a leader in evaluating and rethinking processes and procedures, attempting to continuously offer assistance and/or creative solutions to the community members of the District. Anthony has over 15 years of experience in Security Management. He is licensed by the Los Angeles Fire Department as an Independent Fire Life Safety Consultant, and certified as a Trainer in several physical security-related programs. Previously to the LA Fashion District, he served as the Director of Security for a Class A office complex which included the mixed uses of office, residential, retail, and hotel facilities. Originally from New York City, Anthony attended the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. Anthony currently resides in Long Beach, CA and is the proud father to two teenage boys.
