Advancing Places: Strategic Visioning & Work Plan Management 

Overview: Building and implementing a strategic plan that aligns with your organizational values can be one of the biggest challenges for an organization. In the world of place management, the process is made even more complex by the presence of a variety of stakeholders, outside factors and limited resources. Where should you begin? What tools should you use? IDA welcomes Centro San Antonio to discuss their journey in strategic visioning and work plan management. With years of combined experience and familiarity with a litany of tools, Centro staff knows what it’s like to start building from the ground up.
