Marissa Reed
Operations and Outreach Supervisor, 3CDC
Marissa Reed joined Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation (3CDC) in 2019 as an Operations Supervisor and was tasked with overseeing ambassador staff providing clean & safe services. In her current role, Marissa focuses on project planning, beautification, and managing relationships with public and private partners. She works with colleagues and partners to make improvements to physical spaces in the urban core and streamline processes to ensure a clean, safe and beautiful Downtown. Prior to joining the team at 3CDC, Marissa worked for Keep Cincinnati Beautiful and College Hill Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation (CHCURC). She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s in Architecture.
Domico Rodriguez
CEO, Downtown Rapid City and Main Street Square
Domico’s entire professional career has been based in downtown Rapid City, 15 years within a six-block radius and now he is leading the charge for the next era of our downtown development and growth in Rapid City as the CEO of Downtown Rapid City and Main Street Square. Although, not originally from Rapid City, Domico has been to enough downtowns throughout the US to know what opportunities lie in front of us in our community and fortunately he is in the position to affect change. Main Street Square is a central gathering place that offers interactive fountains in the summer and an ice rink in the winter. Domico’s team is tasked with setting up and running of events as well as keeping downtown Rapid City clean and safe.
Talib Shakir
Public Space Manager, Mount Vernon Triangle CID
As Public Space Manager, Talib Shakir is responsible for ensuring Mount Vernon Triangle remains clean, safe, and welcoming by managing the ongoing upkeep and appearance; overseeing daily litter pick-up, neighborhood beautification, community safety, and homeless outreach and support efforts; and collaborating with key stakeholders. Talib most recently served as the Ward 6 Community Relations Specialist in the Mayor’s Office of Community Relations and Services where he resolved a multitude of public space issues and other civic engagement matters in and around Mount Vernon Triangle.
