As a certified urban planner and licensed real estate broker, Gina Caruso specializes in neighborhood economic development and leverages her referral network to support the success of her clients, which include municipalities, landlord and tenants. In the past, she has transformed the City of Chicago’s Special Service Areas into the nation’s second largest portfolio, supported the success of over 70 business organizations in over 60 Chicago neighborhoods and implemented innovative and sustainable programming as the Executive Director of the Lakeview East Chamber of Commerce.
Gary Ferguson
Executive Director, Downtown Ithaca Alliance (Ithaca, NY)
Gary Ferguson serves as the Executive Director of the Downtown Ithaca Alliance, a position he has held since 1999. Gary specializes in economic development and strategic planning and has authored three ten-year strategic plans for Downtown Ithaca. He has served as the President of the New York State Urban Council and was a former member of IDA’s board of directors.
