Brett Roler

Brett is a downtown advocate working to promote inclusive development. As VP at the Downtown Memphis Commission, Brett administers a portfolio of economic development tools and incentive programs including loans, grants, and a tax freeze program. Brett also leads implementation of a Retail Strategy and manages a commercial anti-blight team. Brett is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and is an alumni of the IDA’s Emerging Leader Fellowship (ELF) Program.
