Dr. Gage oversees all recruitment and enrollment functions to achieve institutional goals. Throughout his higher education career, he has been credited with transforming recruitment and processes to grow enrollment and create significant operational efficiencies. Before arriving in Iowa, Dr. Gage worked at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Northern Illinois University, and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He holds degrees from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, Eastern Illinois University and a Ph.D. from Indiana State University in Educational Leadership, Administration and Foundations.
