Dwayne Marsh

Dwayne S. Marsh is the former Deputy Director of Government Alliance on Race and Equity (GARE). Dwayne managed GARE learning cohorts throughout California. He also served as the Vice President of Institutional Change at the new Race Forward, the union of two leading racial justice nonprofits: Race Forward and Center for Social Inclusion (CSI). Prior to GARE, Marsh was a senior advisor in the Office of Economic Resilience (OER) at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
