Associate Director of Stakeholder Engagement, DowntownDC BIDÂ
Originally from Miami, Florida, Ebony Patrice Walton is a wife, mom, minister and self-proclaimed BID nerd. A 16-year veteran in the place management industry, Ebony currently serves as Senior Operations Administrator for the DowntownDC Business Improvement District and also supports its organizational development initiatives. During her tenure at the oldest and largest BID in DC, she has served in various capacities from managing marketing and communications efforts to leading public space operations projects and initiatives and coordinating external stakeholder engagement. She is a graduate of the IDA Emerging Leader Fellowship Program and has led sessions at multiple IDA conferences. Ebony is a graduate of Howard University and a former Miss Black USA. She is most proud of being the mom of Elisabeth, Naomi and David. She has one mission: be an agent of change.
