President & CEO of Connect Music, the Bluff City native, is using his deep industry relationships and knowledge to bring a data-driven music and technology company focused on empowering independent artists and labels to the Mid-South. Monger stapled his career in the arts and entertainment industry from the start by managing an international touring Opera singer. With a wealth of national and international experience, he launched a non-profit music organization he led for four years. In 2016, he served as Chief Operating Officer for the Memphis Symphony Orchestra.
