Joe Batcheller is the President of Downtown Sioux Falls, Inc. (DTSF) and has a background in urban planning. Joe leads the DTSF team and has fostered a resurgence in Downtown Sioux Falls after generations of decline, seeing record levels of investment and foot traffic thanks to DTSF’s events, marketing, placemaking, and economic development programs. Joe was part of the IDA’s Emerging Leader Fellowship in 2018, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
