Deputy Director, City of Columbus Department of Public Service
Kelly serves as the Deputy Director for the City of Columbus Department of Public Service, where she oversees transportation planning, design, construction, and maintenance operations. She has over 17 years of planning experience with both the public and private sectors. Previously Kelly was the Assistant Director at the City’s Department of Building and Zoning Services managing private development projects through Columbus’ building and zoning processes. Prior to working for the city, Kelly served as Transportation and Planning Manager with CHA Consulting, Inc.; as Deputy Director of Transportation System Development with the Ohio Department of Transportation; and as a land use and transportation planner with two private consulting firms.
