Tim Tompkins was the President of the Times Square Alliance from 2002-2020 and is currently the Principal and Founder of SharedCitySharedSpace and is an Adjunct Professor at NYU. He is the former Chair of the International Downtown Association and former Co-Chair of the NYC BID Association. He previously founded Partnerships for Parks, and worked at New York City’s Economic Development Corporation and the Mexico City News. Sailing and yoga are among his passions.
