Carolyn Dellutri, CAE, CTP, CMSM

Carolyn Dellutri joined the IDA team in 2015 to lead professional development programs and ensure place management resources, services, and events meet the needs of IDA’s diverse membership. Carolyn has been the lead staff person to develop IDA’s Emerging Leader Fellowship Program, IDA’s seven domains of professional practice and the IDA Certified Leader in Place Management certification program. Prior to joining IDA, Carolyn worked as the Senior Director of Programs and Services for the National Main Street Center and was the Executive Director of three downtown programs in the Chicago region over the course of 15 years. Carolyn is a Certified Association Executive, Certified Tourism Professional and Certified Main Street Manager. She is also a graduate of the International Economic Development Council certification program. Carolyn and her husband Tom live in Evanston, Illinois where they are rehabbing their home built in 1886 and enjoy exploring downtowns while vacationing in their Winnebago.
